VENETIAN PLASTER & ANTIQUE TEXTURES

You will be instructed on interesting applications of synthetic venetian plasters. These plasters can be highly polished or used to create interesting textured patterns. We will be utilizing different tools, such as lace, vinal overlays, (and various others) to achieve many pleasing finishes. We will also be using a number of products to replicate timeless finishes you may see, for example, in aged European architecture or Mexican villas. |

THE PLATINUM LINE
This is an exciting new line of products exclusive to our school featuring an exciting line of durable wall and furniture glaze creme and colorants, with outstanding open time. There is also a beautiful pallette of colors in the new Metallic Plasters, no voc basecoats, no voc colorants. Continuing new product development will provide the student with an on going opportunity to purchase exciting new products, and learn new techniques.
THE SHIZEN LINE
This is a romantic, eco friendly line of decorative textures imported from Japan. The finishes available in these products are clean and contemporary and they are used throughout Japan. It includes the textures of natural soil, sand and seashells, that gives a glittery pearl like finish that actually traps and disintegrates all VOC's in the air. Another traditional finish incorporates interlocking fibers, soil and diatomaceous earth.
THE BELLEZZA LINE
These natural Lime Based Plasters, imported from Europe are an exquisite and high end finish that will enhance any wall surface. These finishes are timeless and the beautiful finishes that can be accomplished with these products, are what gives them the uniqueness they possess.
